It features a warm, cosy lounge with a large, sofa and a 75-inch TV with surround sound. The kitchen has stunning navy cabinets, modern appliances, and plenty of counter space, while the dining area features a solid wooden table, great for family meals or entertaining guests. This space combines modern style and comfort, ideal for relaxation and socializing.
Dining Areas
The dining area at Snowbell is a blend of elegance and comfort, featuring a big, carved wooden dining table with plush, upholstered chairs that invite you to sit and enjoy a meal. The tableware is stylish and contemporary. Between the dining area and kitchen is a breakfast bar with more seating, perfect for casual meals, a morning coffee or an après ski snack. Warm lighting and modern decor make the whole area ideal for both intimate dinners and larger gatherings.
The Bedrooms
Snowbell offers four inviting bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom and stunning views. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, and mountain views. Both these beds have electric blankets with separate controls for each side. The third bedroom is perfect for children or extra guests and has two single beds and a slide-out trundle bed. The fourth bedroom is versatile, with a fold out sofa bed and two cosy bunk beds hidden behind a wall. Each bedroom is designed with modern furnishings, and beautiful decor, ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone.
The Bathrooms
Snowbell features two luxurious bathrooms. The ground floor bathroom has a stunning stone feature wall, stone bathtub, stylish fixtures, a beautiful vanity with a stone basin, soft lighting and spa like ambience. The first floor bathroom is accessible both from the main bedroom and the shared landing, and includes a sleek walk-in shower with gold fixtures, a contemporary vanity with a stone basin and sophisticated marble style tiles.
Outdoor Areas
Snowbell features inviting outdoor areas perfect for relaxation and socializing. The upper-level covered balcony offers panoramic mountain views, bench seating, and a BBQ grill, making it a great place for outdoor gatherings. The lower deck includes a wooden table, benches, and a fire pit complete with kindling, firewood and firelighters. It’s a great way to spend a chilly evening.
The Building
Snowbell is a modern, architecturally designed home with a striking exterior featuring sleek lines and contemporary finishes. Completed in July 2024, the building boasts large windows that flood the interior with natural light and offer breathtaking mountain views. The house includes a spacious double garage with a remote opener, providing secure, frost-free parking for two vehicles. Outside the surroundings are landscaped and include a gravel forecourt and practical concrete driveway. Both the covered balcony and the lower back deck blend indoor and outdoor living, making Snowbell a perfect home base to enjoy Jindabyne and the unique Snowy Mountains alpine region.

Snowbell offers a comprehensive range of modern amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring high-quality cookware, a variety of pots and pans, and stylish tableware. Guests can enjoy the convenience of a Nespresso machine, complete with a selection of pods, as well as a sleek kettle and toaster set.
For those who need to do laundry during their stay, the home includes a washer and dryer. The kitchen also boasts practical items like glass bowls and strainers, ensuring all culinary needs are met. The dining area is elegantly set with beautiful plates, cutlery, and glasses, perfect for both casual meals and special occasions.
